Palocz-i László comes országbíró bizonyítja, hogy megjelenvén előtte Gwth-i Orzag Mihály nádor és a kunok bírája, bejelentette, hogy Bathor-i István comesnek a fiai: András, István és László kifizették neki azt az 500 arany forintot, amelynek a kifizetésére vállalásuk szerint a Szentháromság előtti szombaton (máj.26.) voltak kötelezve, azért az országbíró előtt nyugtatja őket az 500 forint kifizetéséről. - Hátlapján pecsét töredékeivel. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta.
