A nyitrai káptalan előtt Nagelephanth-i Mihály fia Benedek nevében Antal mester nyitrai éneklőkanonok a káptalan ügyvédvalló levelével vallja, hogy miután Kysthapolchan-i Kelemen fia Gergely rokonsága nevében is őt a fenti Nagelephanth-i Mihály felesége: Katalin után járó hozomány és nászajándék miatt Tamás dok esztergomi vikárius előtt folyó perben kielégítette, nyugtatja Gergelyt és rokonságát követelése felől.
