A jászai konvent Mátyás királyhoz. Pálóci László országbíró 1469 szept.7-én kelt parancsára Kaan-i István királyi ember Miklós frater pap konventi kiküldött jelenlétében Zemplén megyében vizsgálatot tartott, mely a parancsban foglalt panaszt mindenben igazolta, majd Thorna-i Istvánt, Jánost és Benedeket Thorna-i részükön, Kewzegh Jánost és Holczman Györgyöt tisztségük helyéről: ugyanonnan megnézte Rakocz-i Pál ellenében Szent Mihály nyolcadára (okt.6.). - Zárlatán pecsét nyomával.
