Szepesi Jakab országbíró Iwanch-i Ayakas (dictus) Miklóst és fiát: Lászlót bírságban marasztalja el, minthogy a kitűzött perbeli terminuson nem jelentek meg előtte, noha perbeli ellenfelük, Eguruar-i Mihály fia Miklós András apostol nyolcadától (december 7.) 21 napig várt rájuk az országbíró előtt.
