Bude, feria tertia post Valentini. Zsigmond király meghagyja a fehérvári káptalannak, küldje ki hites emberét, hogy annak jelenlétében a királyi ember Fehérvári )de Albaregali) Sas Ferenc fiát: Sas Jakabot és név szerint felsorolt társait királyi adomány címén bevezesse a Fehér megyei Eghazasthabayd és Lazar possessiók magvaszakadt részeinek birtokába.
