A győri káptalan bizonyítja, hogy megkapta Albert király 1439 júl.30-án kelt, teljes egészében közölt, statutiot elrendelő oklevelét, melynek értelmében Chepy-i Kowachy András királyi emberrel kiküldte Belmura-i Balás kanonoktársát, akinek a jelenlétében a királyi ember okt. 8-án kiszállt a két malomhoz és a szomszédok meghívása mellett bevezette azok birtokába Rozgonyi István comest minden ellentmondás nélkül. - Méltóságsor: Honorabilibus viris dominis Simone preposito, Matheo lectore, Anthonio cantore, Michaele custode, ceterisque dominis canonicis.
