A szepesi káptalan bizonyítja, hogy megkapta Albert királynak 1439 okt.12-én kelt, teljes egészében közölt oklevelét, melynek értelmében Maryasi György királyi emberrel kiküldte Ros János kanonoktársát, akinek a jelenlétében a királyi ember nov. 26-án kiszállt Szepes várához és tartozékaihoz és a szomszédok jelenlétében bevezette István comest annak a birtokába királyi adomány címén minden ellentmondás nélkül. - Megjelent szomszédok: Paulo Magni ”dicto” Nagpal de Aranyas is sua ac Michaelis Paoch et Petri filii ejusdem de Segre dominorum suorum personis, item Anthonio de dicta Aranyas, Petrach ”dicto” de Radyolcz, Frank filio Mathie Chak de Petrocz, ceterisque quam pluribus. - Függő pecsét.
