Az egri káptalan bizonyítja, hogy megjelent előtte Olnod-i Zwdar Jakab fia: Jakab, magára vállalva Vilmos nevű fiának és Symon nevű testvérének a terhét, bejelentette, hogy a pilismegyei Salmar nevű várukat minden tartozékával együtt 600 arany forintért elzálogosította Rozgon-i Symon egri püspöknek, a király főkancellárjának, és Rozgon-i György comesnek, az országbírónak, továbbá Rozgon-i István pozsonyi comes fiának: Sebestyénnek, akiket a vár és tartozékai birtokában mindenkivel szemben meg fog védeni.
