Palocz-i László comes országbíró az egri káptalanhoz. Jelentette előtte Balatthy Pál, hogy be akarja magát vezettetni a gömörmegyei Gesztete birtokban egy fundus curieba, amely őt örök vétel jogán megilleti. Azért megkéri a káptalant, küldje ki a testimoniumát, akinek a jelenlétében a királyi ember szálljon ki a Geszteteben lévő fundus curiehez és a szomszédok meghívása mellett vezesse be annak a tulajdonába Balatthy Pált az őt megillető jogon, az esetleges ellenmondókat a királyi személyes jelenlét elé idézve.
