Várad város hatósága (Ladislaus literatus et Benedictus Bolthos iudices iuratique cives) és az egész közösség bizonyítja, hogy megjelent előttük Thurwk ”dictus” Kelemen, ”cliens de castro Waradiensi” és kijelentette, hogy házát, amely egykor Buday Jánosé volt, a Szent Jakab utcában, a kanonoksoron, Zalamery Balázs és Czasaary István kanonok házai közt, annak minden tartozékával 3 arany forintért eladta a Szent Jakab utcában lakó Santo ”dictus” Lászlónak, vállalva, hogy meg fogja őt annak a tulajdonában védeni. - Hátlapján pecsét töredékeivel. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta.
