in festo inventionis sancte crucis. Mátyás király az Vybanya királyi bányavárosban alapított szegényházhoz tartozó Magasparth birtokon lakó jobbágyokat szegénységükre való tekintettel örökre felmenti a királyi koronavám, taksa és minden adózás alól. Meghagyja a rovásadószedőknek, koronavámbehajtóknak és minden adószedőnek, hogy a Magasparth birtokon lakó jobbágyoktól a jövőben ne merjenek semmiféle adót szedni.
