Lajos király Sarwar/Saaruar bírája, Péter valamint az esküdtek, Tamás és Wuol kérésére megparancsolja az országnagyoknak, ispánoknak, várnagyoknak, városoknak és falvaknak és azok előljáróinak, hogy ne ítélkezzenek a Sarwar-i lakosok felett semmilyen ügyben, és ha velük perbe kerülnének, tőle magától vagy a tárnokmestertől kérjenek ítéletet.
