Miklós nádor annak a pernek a tárgyaását, amelyet Bozyn-i Sebus mester indított a pozsonyi káptalan ellen és amelynek a tárgyalása július 1-jére volt kitűzve, amikor a felperest Móricz fia: László képviselte a nádor ügyvédvalló levelével, viszont a pozsonyi káptalan a győri káptalan idéző levele alapján arra az időre már más pert vállalt, ratione prioritatis termini Szent István király nyolcadára halasztotta.
