Az egri káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Vingarti Geréb Péter országbíró 1499 máj.2-i parancsára Felsewabran-i Nemeth Zsigmondot a néhai Lypowcz-i Kecczer László által a Borsod megyei Felsewabran possessióban bírt részekbe - az oda hívott, név szerint felsorolt nemesi és jobbágyi szomszédok jelenlétében - vételi jog címén ellenmondás nélkül bevezették. - Déli hártya, kissé vetemedett - Csonka f.p. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
