Stephanus, Dei gratia rex, primogenitus domini Bele regis illustris Ungarie, dux Transsylvanus, omnibus presentes litteras inspecturis salutem in vero salutari. Ad universorum presentium posterorumque notitiam harum serie volumus pervenire, quod nos circa ecclesiam Beati Martini de Sacro Monte Pannonie ducti pietate considerantes, ymo firmiter credentes ex terrenis bonis divino cultui collatis gratiam et fructum reportare, eidem ecclesie quandam capellam in honore (!) Sancti Hemirici vocatam de Porowa, in Bokon existentem pro salute nostra ac regni nostri stabilitate de regia liberalitate duximus conferendam ita, quod in eadem fratres ordinis Beati Benedicti Deo famulantes commorentur habentes cellarium et araturam ibidem, ad quorum usum et sustentationem terram sub tali spatio et comprehensione volumus assignari, ut quantum a cymiterio ipsius capelle e quatuor partibus tribus vicibus sagittando terre comprehendi poterit, illam fratres prenotati pacifice possideant et quiete. Ut igitur nostra donatio perpetuo perseveret, presentes concessimus dupplicis sigilli nostri munimine roboratas. Datum per manus magistri Benedicti, aule nostre vicecancellarii, anno Domini M° CC° LX°. [1260.]
