    Rex ballivis portus Saudwicensis etc. Sciatis quod Arnoldus Ungenogh de Colonia fecit nos securos, quod erit apud London, in media quadragesima anno regni nostri XIIU? cum nave sua, promptus ad eundum in seruicium nostrum. Et ideo vobis mandamus, quod si per vos transitum fecerit cum nave sua citra Natale anno regni nostri eodem ipsum uon impediatis, quod minus ire possit ad negocium suum faciendum. Et mandatura est ballivis portus Yaruemuth, ut predictum Arnoldum abire permitlanl cum nave sua in negocium suum. Teste G. filio Petri comitis Essex, apud Westmooasterium, XXVII. die Novembris.
