    Preceplum est bailliuis portus de Suhamtone, quod deliberari faciant omnes naues mercalorum lam de terra domini Imperatoris, quam domini regis Scocie, et libere a portu recedere, aeeepta ab eis salua et sufficienti securitate, quod alio cursum suum non diuertent nisi in terras suas, et quod neminem secum ducent, qui non sit de nauibus suis et ad fidem domini regis, et quod nulla calalla aduocabunt nisi sua propria; Flandriensium vero et eorum catalla, sicut alias eis preeeptum fuit, saluo et secure faciant arestari donec aliud inde habuerint preeeptum.
