    3) Johannes, Dei gratia Rex Angliae, omnibus, has literas inspecturis salutem. Scietis, quod coocessimus, quod navis Willelini de Rodenburg et Hugonis, fratris sui, et Uli, qui eam duxerint, salvo et secure veniant in Angliam, et quod possint res et marchandisas suas salvo in eadem navi adducere et inorari in Anglia et negotiari cum rebus et marcandisis suis, faciendo inde consvetudines regni nostri, et salvo redire. Hoc autem praedictis Wilielmo et Hugoni concessimus pro amore domini regis Ottonis, nepotis nostri, et pro amore Bernhardi de Horstaraar, et Conradi, senescalli ipsius regis, et aliorum nunliorum suorum, qvos praedicti adduxerunt in Angliam in praedicla navi anno regni nostri deeimo.
