Noueritis nos remisisse, relaxasse et omnino de nobis et || heredibus nostris in perpetuum quietum clamasse Thome Chamberleyn, clerieo, heredibus et assignatis suis totum ius et ciameum, que liabemus, habuimus seu quouismodo habere poterimus || in futuro in omnibus iilis terris et tenementis cum wharuis, redditibus et omnibus suis pertinentiis, que naper fuerunt Johannis Sleigh, armigeri, in ciuitate London, et que quidem terras et tenementa || cum wharuis, redditibus et suis pertinentiis vna cum aliis terris et tenementis in comitatibus Soulhsex et Middlessex, que nuper fuerunt predicti Johannis Sleigh, nos, prefati Dionisius, Henricus Henore et Henricus Somer ac prefalus Thomas Chamberleyn et Johannes Norbury, armiger, nuper simul habuimus ex dono et feoffamento Johannis West, ila quod nee nos, predicti Dionisius, Henricus Henore et Henricus Somer, nee heredes noslri, nee aliquis nomine nostro aliquid iuris vel clamei in predictis terris et tenementis cum wharuis, redditibus et omnibus suis pertinentiis aut in aliqua parceüa eorumd/m de cetera exigere, clamare seu vendicare poterimus in futurum, set ab omni accione iuris et clamei aliquid inde petendi totaliter simus exclusi imperpetuum per presentes. In cuius rei testimonium presentibus sigilla nostra apposuimus. Datum London, primo die Februarii, anno regni regis Henrici quarti post conquestum decirao.
