Sciatis, quod cum vicesimo tertio die Augusti vltimo preterito per litteras nostras patentes dederimus et concesserimus pro nobis et heredibus nostris Johanni Clanvou, militi, Nicoiao Sharneffeld, militi, Willelmo More, ciui et vinetario Londonensi, Paulo Gysors, Willelmo Fet- tyngdon, capellano, et Johanni Boudiche, capellano, vnum mesuagium cum wharvo et aliis pertinen- ciis in Wyndegoslane in warda de Dovegate London, quod nuper fuit Ricardi Lyons, qui illud de nobis tenuit, et quod quidem mesuagium cum wliaruo valet per annum octo marcas et ad nos pertinet tan- quam escaela nostra, eo quod prediclus Ricardus bastardus fuit et obiil sine berede de se, sicut per inquisitionem inde coram Willelmo Walleworth, nuper maiore ciuilalis nostre London et escaelore nostro in eadem ciuitate, de mandato nostro captam, cuius teuor in cancellaria nostra virtute brevis nostri retornati est comperlum, liabendum et tenendum eisdem Johanni, Nicholao, Willelmo, Paulo, Willelmo et Johanni et eorum heredibus de nobis et heredibus nostris per eadem seruicia, per que dictus Ricardus dictum mesuagium cum wharvo predicto tenuit imperpetuum, Nos de gratia nostra speciali et de assensu prefali Willelini More, qui nuper pro predictis raesuagis et wliaruo ducentas et tres marcas nobis soluit, nee non dictorum Johannis Clanvou, Nicholai, Pauli et Willelmi Ffetlyngdon, qui prefatum Joannem Boudiche supervixerunt, ac pro eo, quod ipsi dietas litteras nostras in cancel laria nostra restituerunt cancellandas, dedimus et concessimus dilecto seruienti nostro Johanni Sliegh, qui dietas ducentas et tres marcas prefato Willelmo More resoluit, mesuagium et wharuum predicla cum pertineneiis habenda et tenenda eidem Johanni Sliegh et heredibus suis de nobis et heredibus nostris per seruicia predieta imperpetuum.
