LXXXV. Gerhard Abt von Dissibodenberg beurkundet, daj's Agnes von Beckilnheim ihre Güter zu Sintwilre an Nicolaus Vogt von Hunolstein verkauft hat. 1284 August 26. Nos Gerhardus dictus abbas montis sancti üisebodi ordinis Cistert. et Gode- fridus archipresbyter in Beckilnheim tenore presentium publice protestamur et ad notitiam universorum cupimus pervenire, quod interfuimus, vidimus et audivimus, quod Agnes de Beckilnheim, Nicolaus et Gerhardus filii sui, fratres, Adelhei- dis, Karissima et Agnes, filie ipsius, sorores, Nicolao advocato de Hunoldi- stein bona sua, que habere noseuntur in campis ville Sintwilre * et curiam atti- nentem eisdem bonis manu communicata pro quadam summa pecunie vendiderunt, ac ea coram sculteto et scabinis predicte ville Sintwilre, prout debuerant, resigna- runt. In cujus venditionis et emptionis evidens testimonium et perpetuam firmi- tatem ad rogatum partium predictarum, vendentis et ementis, presentem litteram conscribi fecimus et sigillorum nostrorum appensionibus communiri.
