CXXXVI. Johann Graf von Salm verpfändet dem Nicolaus Vogt von Hunolstein die Dörfer Leytf, Berch und Drogna, welche der selige Wilhelm Bossel vom Stein pfandweise besessen hat. 1303 August 30. Nos Johannes comes de Salmis notum facimus universis presentes litteras inspeeturis, quod obligavimus et obligamus dilecto fideli nostro nobili viro domino Nicolao adrocato de Hounoltsteyn villas nostras videlicet Leytf, Berch et Drog- nam 1 cum earum attinenciis, quas dominus Wilhelmus bone memorie dictus Bozcel de Petra habuit et tenuit a nobis et nostris in pignore pro С et LXXX libris treverensium denariorum bonorum et legalium, tali conditione, quod quando- eunque per nos vel per nostros predicto N. advocato sibi vel suis heredibus plenariam fecimus solucionem, predicte ville cum suis juribus ad nos et nostros heredes libere revertentur. Quicquid vero de reditibus predictarum villarum per- ceperit, in aucmentationem sui feodi sibi et suis concedimus de nostra bona volun tate. In cujus rei testimonium sigillum nostrum presentibus duximus apponendum. Datum a. d. M.CCC. tertio, feria sexta post decollationem b. Johannis bapt. Orig. im Pr. Arch. zu Coblenz. Gedr.
