    Nos Heinricus dei gracia abbas ecclesie Fuldensis recognoscimus publice per presentes, quod, quia | spectabilis vir dominus Bertoldus cornes de Hennemberg, proprietates viliarum Bet- tenhusen et Sewe, | per ipsum apud religiosos Ueinricum prepositura, Wernherum decanum to- tumque conuentum monasterii noui | montis extra muros Fuldenses cum puro nostro consensn comparatas, cum quibuscumque suis iuribus et pertinenciis, j pereundem eciam ibidem comparatis, ob beatissimi Bonifacii reuerenciam et specialem dilectionem, qua nostram ecclesiam pro ] dictam prosequitur, in nostras manus sponte ac libere resignauit, nos predicti comitis gratam beniuolen- ciam | attendentes predictas villas cum suis proprietatibus, iuribus et pertinenciis, per ipsum pront prescribitur coniparatas couiiti | eidem, Heinrico primogénito eiusdem ac omnibus eorundem nere- dibus et successoribus contulimus et cönferiraus titulo | et nomine feodi a nobis et nostra ecclesia predicta procedentis perpetuo possidendas, dantes in ipsius nostre collacionis evidenciara eisdem prescris scriptum, nostri sigilli munimine confirraatum.
