        I(n nomine) stark vergrössert, vor den Text gesetzt, mit unterschiedlichen Aussparungen, der Fadenausläufer unten mit Scheiben und Tripelstrichen. Invocatio in Auszeichnungsschrift. Unten ein sorgfältig gezeichnetes Notarssignet sowie eine vergrösserte Initiale E(t) mit Aussparungen und Blumen in den Binnenfeldern.
      • Stil und Einordnung: 
        Der Notar Othimmus Stephani de Byancort hat auch im April desselben Jahres eine Urkunde ausgestellt, die in der Gestaltung sehr ähnlich ist.
