    • Materielle Beschreibung: 
      Goldinitiale F(hilippus) links neben dem Text, hinterfangen von einem Initialfeld (rotviolett, olivgrün, dunkelblau); das sicher vorgesehene Filigran nicht ausgeführt. Vom Initialfeld sollten nach oben und vor allem nach unten Filigranfortsätze ausgehen, die mit Deckfarbenmotiven besetzt sind; das Filigran nicht ausgeführt. Vom Wappen oberhalb des Textes nur die Umrisse vorgezeichnet und das Monogramm (CO FI EV) geschrieben.
