      • Materielle Beschreibung: 
        Chirograph: Schriftzug links, untere Hälfte, mit Begleitlinien; danach ist ein längliches Schmuckelement aus Fleuronnée gesetzt. U(niversis) vergrössert, umgeben und gefüllt von grobem Knospenfleuronnée, das nach oben und links unten ausstrahlt.
      • Stil und Einordnung: 
        Der Schreiber hat eine interessante Variante gewählt, indem er zum Wort "CIROGRAPHUM" noch ein Schmuckelement hinzufügte, dass - auf Höhe der Initiale - zumindest bei diesem Teil den Textbeginn zusätzlich schmückt. Die markanten Federwerkärmchen oben finden sich noch bei einer weiteren Urkunde vom Dezember 1239.
