Papst Alexander VI. bewilligt durch die Bulle “Ad perpetuam rei memoriam. Apostolice sedis” die Verbindung des Klosters San Giovanni Evangelista mit dem Kloster Santa Monica di Cremona entsprechend der Supplik von Herzog Ludovico Maria Sforza von Mailand und seiner Gemahlin Francesca Bianca Maria Sforza, gleichzeitig Äbtissin des Klosters von Santa Monica.

    • Materielle Beschreibung: 
      Papsturkunde mit Federzeichnungsdekor. Die ganze erste Zeile in Zierschrift: der Papstname in typisch verformter Lombardenform, der Rest in Elongata (die beiden langen s von S(ervus) S(ervorum) mit Cadelluren).
    • Die Initiale A(lexander) mit reichen Aussparungen, z.B. im rechten Schaft ein um einen Stab gewickeltes Band; links der Initiale ein Fortsatz mit zwei plastisch schattierten Kelchblüten.
