Gian Galeazzo Maria Sforza, Herzog von Mailand, gewährt Andrea da Busto das Recht, einen Wasserabfluss (roggia) bei seinen Gütern in Albignano zu graben (enthält der Rat der Maestri delle Entrate 1483 Mai 27, Mailand, was seinerseits den Bericht des herzoglichen Igenieurs von 1483 Mai 24, Mailand enthält).

      Deckfarbeninitiale I(oannes) als Figureninitiale in Form der Mailänder Vipera. Das Tier umgeben von einem unregelmässig geformten Initialfeld. Oberhalb und links des Textes eine Filigranranke mit Deckfarbenmotiven. Oberhalb des Textes mittig das herzogliche Wappen mit dem Monogramm (IO GZ MA DX MEDIOIAI SEXTUS) und einer Bilddevise.
