Die Figureninitiale (Fisch) I(n) nomine) links neben dem Text. Das graue Tier von einem unregelmässigen Blattgold-Feld hinterfangen. Oberhalb des Textes drei von Filigran begleitete Wappen: Savoyen, Mailand und ein derzeit noch unidentifiziertes mit dem Fisch, der auch die Initiale ziert.
