    • Materielle Beschreibung: 
      Grosses, mittig ausgespartes Bildfeld mit zwei Vollwappen vor gerahmtem rotem Grund. Die Initiale K(arolus) nicht ausgeführt.
    • Stil und Einordnung: 
      Die Urkunde ist als zusätzliche Ehre für Garai zu verstehen, der an demselben Tag eine entsprechende Urkunde Sigismunds, König von Ungarn, erhalten hatte, deren Dekor weitgehend identisch ist (siehe dort).
