      Mittig ausgesparte Fläche für eine Wappenminiatur. Das Vollwappen im Lorbeermedaillon nur in Feder vorgezeichnet. Mittig über dem Text Mailänder Herzogswappen (gespalten, heraldisch rechts das quadrierte Wappen mit den reichsadlern und links jenes mit den drei französischen Lilien), ebenfalls nur in Federzeichnung [siehe auch die italienische Beschreibung von Laura Alidori].
