    Moverint universi presencia inspecturi Quod ego Margaretha relieta olym Hanussii dicti Waynknecht Civis Opoliensis presentibus recognosco me recepisse viginti tres Marcas et quatuordecim denarios ab Honorabili et Religioso viro domino Mathia preposito Totoque Conventu Monasterii Domusdei alias in Cernowans, Ordinis Premonstratensis, in presencia Juratorum dicte Civitatis racione debiti quod predictus Janussius in procuracione dicti Mo nasterii existens contraxit, prout Serenissimus princeps et dominus, dominus Ladislaus dux Opolensis, una cum Nobili viro domino Hyniczka dicto Somborg ac eciam domino Hay- dano Wratislauiensis et Opolensis Eclesiarum Canonico nos concordaverunt, talibus cori- dicionibus interclusis videlicet quod dominus prepositus et Conventus predicti persolutis michi viginti tribus Marcis et xiiiicim denariis ab omnibus debitis per predictum Janussium racione dicti Monasterii contractis, preter debitum Nicolai dicti Tylman debent esse liberi et soluti, nec per aliquem ex meis seu predicti Janussii debeant peramplius molestari. In Cuius Rei Testimonium sigilluui Civitatis Opolensis presentibus est appensum. Datum Anno Domini Millessimo C°C°C° lxxxvij° feria quarta post octavas Ephiphanie domini nostri Ihesu Cristi.
