    Nos frater Wichardus abbas in Bucbouia et Mathias subcamerarius in Slawena vniuersis hanc litteram visuris pro testamur, quod dissensio, que fuit inter abbatem et fratres monasterii Dargunensis ex una parte et quendam slauum Milotam nomine, filium Radossu, pro inpeti cione ville Bast, parte ex altera, nobis coram (coram) positis in villa Bobelin taliter est so- pita: Predicti abbas et fratres Dargunenses eidem Milote vaccam vnam et pannumvnum integrum dederunt, et ipse Milota ab omni inpetitione, quam habuit aduersus eosdem, cessauit, data fide promit- tens, quod nec ipse, nec aliqui sui heredes, nati vel adhuc nascituri, vnquam debeant supra dictos abbatem et fratres Dargunenses super dicta causa, molestare. In cuius rei testimonium presentem litteram exinde confectam sigillis nostris dignum duximus muniendum. Huius rei testes sunt: dominus Johannes abbas tunc in Dargun, Hinricus de Robele, Johan nes de Corueiia, Hinricus de Hamborch sa-

Actum in Bobelin, anno domini M°CC°XC°VI°, feria secunda proxima post epiphaniam domini; datum in castro Sla- wena coram castrensibus et aliis qnam plurimis fide dignis.
