    Vniuersis sancte matris ecclesie filiis, ad quos per- uenerit presens scriptum, Jerezlaus miles dictus deKalant salutem in domino. Notum esse volumus omnibus hanc litteram visuris, quod nos ob reueren- ciam dei atque in remissionem peccaminum nostrorum ac progenitorum nostrorum de pleno consensu heredum nostrorum, filiorum nostrorum videlicet аc filiorum fratris nostri Johannis, renunciauimus omni act i oni, quam videbamur habere de quibusdam pos- sessionibus contra claustrum Dargun, ita videli cet, vt nullus vmquam heredum nostrorum claustrum am dictum de huiusmodi debeat perturbare. Ceterum scire volumus, quod frater noster Rademarus

    nunquam aliquid iuris habuit in possessionibus preno- minatis, quod ideo dicimus, ne fi Iiis suis contra claustrum aliqua actio possit competere in futurum. Testes huius rei sunt: Fridericus de Dechowe, Bernardus et Hermannus fratres de Haken- stede, Hermannus Musteke, Hermannus Lest, Johannes Kabolt, Johannes Vrsus, Maseke, Troeseviz, milites, et alii quam plures clerici et laici. Data anno domini M°CC°LXXI°, tercio kalen- das Octobris.

    Auf Pergament In leichter Minuskel; das Siegelband, das aus der Charte geschnitten war, ist abgerissen.
