    Nos Syfridus iunior, miles de sancto Albino. Tenore pre- sentium publice profitemur, ad universorum tam presentium quem futurorum notitiam devenire cupientes, quod nos religiosis virig et in Christo dilectis domino . . abbati et conventui in Ot- tirburg ordinis Cysterciensis Moguntine dyecesis omnino iniuriam facientes vivarium quoddam sive lacum piscium in predio ipso- rum in loco, qui vulgo dicitur Kemmenade, contra omnem vo- luntatem ipsorum, reclamantibus ipsis, sepius constrinximus et violente retinuimus hucusque in dicte ecclesie preiudicium et alienorum dispendium et gravamen, censum super hec etiam de dicto lacu sive fundo lacus provenientem minime persol- vendo. Unde predictis .. abbati et conventui in Ottirburg nostra libera volúntate consensimus et présentibus consentimus, quod predictum vivarium, cum iudicio sine querimoniis iudiciariis secundum terre consuetudiuem tamquam bona sua propria sibi appropriarunt, et ad gremium sui monasterii servato ordine iudicii reduxerunt. Id quorum robur et evidens testimonium nostrum sigillum presentibus est appensum. Datum anno Do mini M.ccc.xv. in divisione apostolorum.
