    Iudices Wormatienses. Tenore presentium publice profite- mur, quod in nostra constituti presentia Conradus de Abenheim et Alheidis uxor sua legittima recognoverunt et in iure confessi sunt publice, se iusto locationis et concessionis titulo conduxisse a religiosis viris domino abbate et conventu monasterii in Ottir- burg, ordinis Cysterc., Mogunt. dyecesis, bona eorum in villa et in terminis ville Abenheim sita, que eis a .. preposito eccle- sie Wormat. pie memorie nomine testamenti obvenerunt, ad duodecim annos immediate se sequentes annuatim pro media 'parte frugum dandos et assignandos in civitatem Wormat. in cu riam eorum annis singulis, eorum vectura, laboribus, periculis et expensis; ita tamen quod si aliquo annorum predictorum ne gligentes in solutione huiusmodi inveniantur, seu dictos fructus solvere et assignare contradicant, quod ex tunc dicta bona cum fructibus ad ipsos . . abbatem et. . conventum libere revertan- tur, contradictione dictorum coniugum vel heredum non ob stante; dicta etiam bona apud unicum eorum heredem remane- bunt indivisa. In cuius rei testimonium presentes litteras sigillo curie nostre ipsis fratribus ad rogatum coniugum predictorum dedimus sigillatas. Datum et actum anno Domini m.ccc.ii. in 4e beati Martini episcopi.
