Ego Eberhardus de Lutra notum volo fieri tam presentibus quam futuris, quod ego cum consensu et voluntate uxoris mee karissime, dedi in elemosiuam claustro de Otterburg curtem et aream sitam iuxta portam claustri Lutree occidentalem, pro remedio anime mee et meorum antecessorum, perpetuo in pace possidendamAJIuic dono facto per manum meam et uxoris mee consenserunraberi mei Arnoldus et Wilhelmus, et filie mee Berteidis et Cristina.
