    Gerhardus abbas et conventus Otterburgensis. Omnibus Christi fidelibus, ad quos tenor presentium pervenerit, in solum orationibus Dominum adiuvari. Ut utiliora prospiceremus mo nasterio nostro, sicut in forma contractus apparet liquido, cu riam nostram iuxta parochiam sancti Magni in Wormatia sitam, sicut eam possedimus, inhabitandam et utendam concessimus domino Godelmanno dicto de Metze et Gertrudi uxori sue, ita ut inde pro vita sua disponant ad suum commodum ; et si alte ara mori contigerit, superstes utetur et fruetur eadem curia, quamdiu vixerit. Post huius obitum libere ad nos redibit omni occasione remota. Ipsi quoque ut indempnitati, immo potius utilitati nostre consulant, omnia bona, que nunc possident in Horsulzen, in quibuscumque rebus consistant, post mortem ipsorum libere et absolute et ipsorum collatione cedent mona sterio nostro; et heredes eorum, quicunque fuerint, nullam nobis exinde questionem aliquo tempore movebunt. Ad cuius rei sic geste cautelam et memoriam perpetuam presentem litteram conscripsimus vene- rabilis domini Wormatiensis electi.
