    Nos iudices curie Spirensis. Tenore presentium recognos- cimus et in publicam deducimus notitiam, quod sub anno Do mini m.cccx. feria ш. proxima post diem palmarum constituta coram nobis in figura iudicii Elizabeth dicta Sticheln begina Spirensis propter Deum et pure propter remedium anime sue religiosis viris . . abbati et . . conventui in Otterburg, ordinis Cysterc. Mogunt. diecesis, tres iornales vinearum et redditus sive census perpetuos quinque amarum vini cum dimidia, quos habet in terminis villarum Dydensheim et Wachenheim, Spi rensis dyecesis, cum quatuor unciis Hallens. cedentibus de domo in Wachenheim cessit, dedit, tradidit, resignavit et in ipsos . . abbatem et. . conventum, dominium, possessionem et proprietatem eorundem pleno iure transtulit, necnon ipsis do- nationem perfectam et inter vivos donavit irrevocabiliter et in totum, promittens bona fide et sollempni stipulatione, se contra predictas donationem, translationem et resignationem nunquam venire arte vel ingenio, ex nunc vel in futurum, per se vel per alium aut alios, in iudicio vel extra, publice vel occulte, directe vel indirecte quoquo modo. In cuius rei testimonium sigillum nostrum ad petitionem prefate Elizabet presentibus duximus appendendum. Datum et actum anno Domini et die prenotatis.
