Nos Hildegard is, abbatissa totusque conventus in Orto beate Virginis, ordinis Cysterc. extra muros Wormatie. Tenore litterarum presentium recognoscimus et promittimus bona fide, quod nos dabimus et dare tenemur in perpetuum in festo beati Martini dimidiam carratam vini conventui in Otterburg, ordinis Cysterc. annis singulis post obitum dilectorum nobis Ditzonis militis, filii quondam Rudigeri militis de Enselntheim et do mine Udelgardis felicis sue coniugis, secundum quod ipsi com municate manu statuerunt, ordinaverunt, dum adhuc viverent, et iusserunt. Nos vero non tenebimur ipsi conventui dictam dimidiam carratam vini vecturis nostris quoque adducere, sed tantum in claustro nostro, cum requisierint, premisso termino assignare. Ipse vero conventus dimidiam carratam predictam vendere omnino non debuit; in anniversariis predictorum Dit zonis et Udelgardis consolationem exinde conventus habebit an- nuatim, et eorum memoriam in vigiliis et orationibus peragent devote. In cuius debiti fîrmitatem et perhennem memoriam ad petitionem coniugum sepedictorum presentem cartulam sigillo nostro sigillatam tradidimus conventui memorato. Actum et da tum anno Domini m.cc.xciii. in octava beatorum apostolorum Petri et Pauli.
