Noverint universi presentium inspectores, quod ego Emer cho dictus de Moro omni actioni et iuri meo acquisito super molendino sito in Santbach, seu quibuscunque bonis iure here ditario ad me devolutis, divine retributionis intuitu et ob ho norem beate Virginis,. . abbati et.. conventui in Otterburg renuntio et resigno. Et ut hec rata permaneant, presentem litteram sigillis domini mei thesaurarii Wormatiensis et.. ab- batisse sancte Marie apud Wormatiam feci roborari. Actum anno Domini m. cc. lii., in festo Michahelis.
