    Nos Ioffridus, comes de Liningen. Tenore presentium pro testamur et notum esse volumus universis, quod Conrado de Wartenberg, fideli nostro, propter recompensam in Ichenbach nobis factam, curiam ipsius in Ganenbach sitam cum omnibus suis attinentiis, quam a nobis in feodo hactenus tenuit et pos- sedit, a iure feodali presentibus exoneramus, eandem curiam cum omnibus suis pertinentes, ut dictum est, appropriantes et libertantes ipsi Conrado ac suis heredibus ad vendendum in per- petuum proprietatis titulo ad possidendum cuicunque hominum voluerit, non obstante cuiuscunque conditionis vel religionis, sive de ordine Cysterc. sive de ordine Candidorum, vel habitus secularis fuerint ementes curiam superius nominatam.
