Universis tam presentibus quam futuris, quibus innotuerit pre- sens scriptum, volumus esse notum, quod nos ex inspiratione divina, unanimi consensu et libera voluntate, communicata manu omnia bona nostra, que nunc in tempore habere dinoscimur in Mauchenheim, tam in possessionibus, quam in iuribus, seu in proventibus reddituum quorumcunque, considerata animarum nostrarum salute, venerabilibus viris, nobis in Christo dilectis domino Iohanni abbati et.. conventui in Otterburg ob honorem et reverentiam Marie virginis gloriose, nec non et ob eiusdem conventus bonorum spiritualium participationem et animarum nostrarum nostrorumque progenitorum omnium remedium sa- lutare in puram elemosinam dedimus et assignavimus pleno iure perpetuo possidenda et colenda eadem libertate atque iure, quo dicta bona nos colere ac colligere hactenus videbamur. Ut autem premissa donatio rata et inconcussa debito robore per- maneat a nobis et a nostris successoribus, presentem litteram nostris sigillis duximus roborandam. Actum et datum anno Do mini m.cc lxxi., in decollatione beati Iohannis Baptiste.
