Omnibus presentes litteras inspecturis volumus esse notura, quod nos unanimi consensu et bona voluntate resignavimus re- ligiosis viris . . abbati et. . conventui monasterii in Ottirburg, ordinis Cysterc. Mogunt. dyecesis, et eorum monasterio reddi- tus amnios et perpetuos quadraginta sex Hallens., trium mina-r rum siliginis et quinque minarum avene ac unum hubenarium, de quibus nobis annis singulis providere tenebantur in curiam nostram dictam Hubhof, sitam in Durenkeim, et inprompto dedimus duas libras Hallens. et iuri nostro renuntiavimus, quoad predicta pure et simpliciter et in totum, et eadem dedimus in manus et potestatem .. abbatis et conventus monasterii in Ot terburg predictorum, in quorum recompensam iidem . . abbas et conventus in Otterburg dederunt nobis et ecclesie nostre in Lympurg unum pratum, quod vocatur ein Mans gemat, retro molendinum situm dictum Fronmule in pratis, quod erat cu- iusdam quondam dicti Rossebacken, et de quo prato ipsis . . abbati et conventui in Otterburg annis singulis dabatur una libra Hallens., et quidquid iuris habuerunt in dicto prato, nobis et ecclesie nostre in Lympurg resignaverunt simpliciter et pure. In quorum testimonium sigilla abbatis nostri et ecclesie nostre presentibus duximus apponenda. Actum et datum anno Domini m.ccc.v. feria ii. post dominicam Quasi modo geniti proxima.
