    Quoniam que aguntur apud homines, ut firma et incon- vulsa permaneant, necesse est, ut virorum testimonio et scripto firmiter roborentur. Notum igitur sit omnibus tam presentibus quam futuris, hoc presens scriptum intuentibus, quod ego L. de Schippa, annuente uxore mea lutta et filio meo С, vendidi bona in Ormensheim ecclesie in Otterburg, videlicet decimam quinque mansuum et quadraginta iugera agrorum, et decimam vinearum et orti pro centum libris Metensis monete. Ut igitur hec venditio rata et firma permaneat, et nullus heredum meo- rum eam revocare vel infringere valeat, presentem litteram sigillo decrevi communiri. Testes huius rei sunt: Conradus de Corzebach, Baldewinus de Nicastele milites, Elbewinus, Heinricus de Husen, Waltherns Barba cives Spirenses. Acta
