Tenore presentium protestor et notum esse desidero universis, quod nos, de consensu et bona voluntate Lukardis coniugis mee, bona mea sita in Herlisheim (scilicet prata), que quondam possedit Eberhardus dictus Hei- bet, singulis annis libram Hallens. et duos cappones valentia in censu, intuitu gloriose Virginis contuli.. abbati et conventui in Otterburg eo modo, ut singulis annis in capite ieiunii et duo bus diebus sequentibus, feria quinta videlicet et sabbato, toti conventui de dictis bonis allecia ministrentur. Quia autem ea dem bona ad hoc forte sufficere non poterunt, volo et statuo, ut ea, que idem conventus in ratione precarie sive census de bonis suis in Herlsheim solvere debebat, huic administrationi apponantur, ut per hoc dicte administrationis defectus plenius suppleatur, et memoria animarum mee et Lukardis dicte colla teral mee perhenniter habeatur.Datum anno Domini m.cc.lxiiii., in vigilia Symonis et lude.
