    Ego Philippus de Bolandia. Universis, quibus littere pre sentes misse fuerint, constare cupio et manifeste protestor, quod omnia bona, que hac die. . abbas et conventus in Otterburg tenent sive possident in Herbsheim, Wormatiensis dyecesis, una cum consensu et bona voluntate Lukardis, collateralis mee, esse libera liberaliter recognosco ; ita quod ipse.. abbas et conventus omnia, que michi de dictis bonis nomine census sive ratione precarie vel alio quocumque modo dari sive solvi pos- sent vel deberent, in perpetuum possideant et habeant pacifice et quiete. Hec quidem in presentia ipsius abbatis et conventus conferens beatissime virgini Marie, cuius clementia suffraganti- bus meritis et orationibus dicti conventus in vita eterna michi remedium conferat peccatorum. In huius rei evidentiam pre dictis .-. abbati et conventui has litteras trado sigilli mei muni- mine roboratas. Actum et datum apud Otterburg, anno Domini m.cc.lxiii. in cena Domini.
