      Notum sit universis iidelibus, qui presentem paginam inspexerinl, quod ego Albertus marchio Brandeburgensis mansum quendam in Astvelde situm, quem frater meus Otto bone recordationis pro se suisque familiaribus ecclesie sancte Marie in Richenberge obtulit, eidem ecclesie fnimilum libere et absque omni contradictione concedo. Ne quis ergo de cetero iara dictam ecclesiam super eodem manso quoquo modo infestare presumat, super hoc negotio presentem literatn dedi, quam appensione sigilli mei corroboravi. Huius rei testes sunt: comites de Zuerin Gunzelinus et frater eius Heinricus, Badericus de Thorneburg, Hermannus camerarius, Henricus prepositus sancti Sebastian!, Godofridus notarius, Hinricus. Actum Halberstadt, die Martini pape.
