      Johannes dei gratia Magnopolitanus dominus vniuersis Christi fidelibus presens scriptum uisuris salutem in uero salutari. Licet nostra interest omnium peticionibus iustis exauditionis ianuas aperire, specialius tarnen hiis, qui nobis propensius affectum gratum et seruitium impenderunt. Hinc est, quod omne ius, quod nos habuimus super certum numerum mansorum inter Sedorp et Johannes- thorp, ob fauorem ecclesie Lubicensis, necnon gratum seruitium, quod sepius magister Godescalcus scolasticus eiusdem ecclesie nobis impendit, liberaliter ipsi contulimus, ratum in perpetuum habituri, quicquid inde ad incrementum sue ecclesie et proprium commodum decreuerit ordinäre. Quicumque vero iam dictum magistrum G. in donatione memorata inpedire attemptauerit uel turbare, nostram indignationem et offensam se nouerit incursurum. Testes sunt: dominus Ro- [do]lfus plebanus in Godebuz, dominus Arnoldus de Nienborch, notarius noster; Fredericus de Ysenhagen, Eggehardus Gallus, milites. Acta sunt hec anno gratie M° CC° XLH°. Et hec sigilli nostri munimine roboramus.
