      Johannes dei gratia Magnopolensis dominus omnibus hoc scriptum cer- nentibus salutem in eo, qui est salus omnium. Quoniam ea, que flunt in terapore, simul labuntur cum tempore et, nisi scriptis et testimonio roborenlur, roemorüs hominum facillime excidunt et mutantur: vnde (!) notura esse uolumus presenlibus et futuris, quod homo noster Johannes de Wittenborch cum consensu et uoluntate nostra conlulit claustro Rene ea lioua. que in Tarneuiz de nobis in pheodo tenuit, eo iure, quo dictus Johannes bona memorata liberaliter de nobis tenuit, libere et quiete perpetuo possidenda. Hanc igitur donationem ob salutem anime nostre et progenitorum nostrorum pie et fauorabiliter admisimus, prefato claustro
